At Oak Tree Day Nursery, we offer a variety of extra curricular activities to our children to enhance the EYFS curriculum and enrich their experiences.

MULTI SPORTS

We have a qualified sports coach that visits the nursery to deliver an age appropriate weekly Multi Sports session to each class. These sessions benefit the children in many ways, developing their social and physical skills and teaching leadership and teamwork.  It also builds their self esteem and encourages them to respect others.

DANCE & DRAMA CLASSES

We want our children to develop through physical expression, gross and fine motor skills and co-ordination.   We believe that through Dance & Drama Classes they will be able to increase their abilities and truly enjoy the sense of freedom and movement that dance generates.

SPANISH LESSONS

Spanish is taught weekly to pre school children, giving a head start for them to broaden their knowledge of the world and language. 

BAKING/COOKING LESSONS

Our experienced Team deliver activities such as baking/cooking lessons, to develop both the child’s developmental skills and understanding of their diet and healthy eating.

Our trained and professional teachers are all experienced in working with children and hold DBS Enhanced Disclosures.
